Sorry, but why people believe that they are going to become recruit with just a figure?

I made 3 objects in order to become recruit, and one of them was a robot. The answer that I got was: We dont promote for figures.

Built somthing great and cool, different from the others..
Visit, builders,crafters,or recruits world, and get inspiration..
Moreover search for ideas on the web.
