There will be donation worlds coming in the next 2 weeks. Final week of term, then i will work on them

But then many worlds will have to be made if there are many donors.... And what if they place offensive structures inside?

Worlds will be under operator and admin control. Builders will just be the zone owners of that world.
And i wouldn't worry to much about too many worlds since as i have stated before many people here are kids with no income and will not buy one.

To stop offensive structures i think you get the world when you reach builder, even if you donated when you were guest.
