If i had to pick i would say Griefers and Guests asking for a higher rank (not the griefers asking for a higher rank lol) but its my job to stop the Griefers and help people

What annoys me are people speaking different languages when told not to, even when they could speak perfect english. Second is guests that don't understand what "No this is not enough" means when it comes to promotions.
Third, I generally dislike it when people argue about anything in the chat, because it floods it up and makes it harder for me to actually read important chat messages people might send.
