 If i had to pick i would say Griefers and Guests asking for a higher rank (not the griefers asking for a higher rank lol) but its my job to stop the Griefers and help people

What annoys me are people speaking different languages when told not to, even when they could speak perfect english. Second is guests that don't understand what "No this is not enough" means when it comes to promotions.

Third, I generally dislike it when people argue about anything in the chat, because it floods it up and makes it harder for me to actually read important chat messages people might send.

Options 4-7 for me... for obvious reasons. Trolls and griefers aren't that annoying to me, but the other things...

Names of griefers/ showing ops the griefers are not proof of grief, and english only server.

Something there should have been on the list is: "People who pick up the "Racist" trump card when told to speak english in public". Every time they do that, I need to keep them a lecture about the definition of racial discrimination and the difference between racism and common sense. I really should make a bind for that lecture.

Most of those annoy me buy I find it a little annoying that no one seems to want to stay a builder.
