I love conclusions done on little knowledge
Just an advice for recruits, take your time to make something good. Check some accepted applications and try to find out for yourself what is expected of you. If you think you can't make things like that, don't give up, keep challenging yourself, think big. One awesome thing is much better then a hundred mediocre ones. Quality is valued highly over quantity here. Some things I personally think are very important are detail and originality. It doesn't matter if you supersize that mariosprite or that pyramid, if there is no extra detail. Also, don't expect that applying for the fifth time will get you through because of pity, because we want our quality. Maybe you are just not meant to be a builder, if you think that's the case, then go and cry in a corner. If you are desperate to get it, be prepared to put some time in it.
