Darkpowerzx:
Perhaps changing the stars from regular white blocks to glass blocks. It would give the stars a brighter appearance and add effect to the actual night scene.

Doing this would add light spots across the map. Although this could be a desired effect in some cases.

Just pointing out that this might be a good change. It can always be changed back if it fails to achieve a good appearance.
