Pokemon sprite world

I've never actually made a sprite but I would be interested in watching/helping out if somebody is willing to give me a few tips

if you go for a simle one, just take similar colours.
if you make a detailed one use monkey's pallete, or if you want to freestyle it just try out colours and take what looks most like the picture.

there should be a toppic about it, i beleve in support..... but if you can't find it there, you'd best ask monkey him self.
