I'm a builder rank in-game and I put my in-game as Gurjot0 on forums and in-game,
Howcome it doesnt say i'm Builder rank on the Forums :((.

You dont get promoted on the forums automatically, someone has to promote you. But it looks like they have already promoted you.

Try asking Morten or Relkeb ingame to make you a builder on the forums, or pm them on the forums.
