We need: Tooler, builder, co-ordinator (possibly the ops?), miner, logger, and if we do put mobs on eventually, defender and farmer/pigger (Yes, its not a word :P ). Tell me if i have missed any out?

While spartan is throwing out ideas, I have an idea we need a /nick commands (essentials) and the one that lets your color the chat with &5 or something. :D
