Christ the Redeemer

GeneralButtHair and i are making Christ the Redeemer.
The plan we are working on is about 110 high and 90 wide.
Is there anyway I could be given permssion to build on TallArt?
Also, some space would be needed ;)

Isn't the Tall art for sprites only?
