Custom Biomes

Hey everyone,
I've seen this else where but, I was thinking a way to make survival refreshed is to add custom biomes.
Tell me what you think and how this could be done.

This would be awesome, and I've seen it done spectacularly on other servers. But I'm not sure how much it'd help with gaining new players. Good suggestion though :D
