I cant connect to the server and im not banned

I cant connect to the server, my internet is fine, I'm not banned, and it just says "Disconnected" when I try to log in, I donated to the server and now I cant connect and I don't know why. Can someone explain why, or try and help me? Thank you.

Have you got a screenshot of the message it shows you when it disconnects you? Also, does it not connect at all, or does it flash in then out again?
