Ban/Mute Reports?

Hello, i was wondering if there is a place that if we have proof of another player doing something that breaks the rules. If there is a place could i please have the link? If there is not a section for that is there a place i should post them?

If you're bothered about a player, you can report them with sufficient proof onto the forums, or directly (and privately) to a moderator / operator by messaging them (Under the tab 'messages'). Hope this helps.
