New Fresh Land?

There is a personal demand on clean, untouched land. I understand a refresh of map would cause disturbance, and i respect that. I wanted to ask if there was a way to see when a certain area in land was last touched. The reasoning to decide if the land upon can be removed(Buildings,Farms,Portals,Traps,etc,)for new players such as i.

I do respect all opinions.

There is actually a lot of untouched land both in new member and new guest.  It just requires going a little further away from the warps.

I know because I have helped new players find areas to build.

Even if the buildings had been untouched since the creation of the server, we still do not allow them to be destroyed. As Roza said there is a lot of free space in the new worlds, and you can use the live map to find an area that is untouched.
