How do I become a builder?

Hello I was just wondering how do i become a builder because I'm just a recruit at the moment and just wondering :P

Go to the applications board, it will be explained there.

Build some awsome stuff, and once you think you are ready, fill out a builder application in the sub-topic "Applications".
