Premission denied connect

im having this problem and have been for some time. i really haven't been able to play in almost 6 months please help this is what is happening

Unable to download remote file. Check your internet connection/proxy settings.

Go to control panel > Uninstall a program, uninstall Java and reinstall it from here - https://www.java.com/en/download/chrome.jsp?locale=en
If that doesn't work, try adding Java to your firewall.
