Dogecoin Tipping Plugin

There is a plugin for Bukkit that was recently made to tip dogecoin on a server. I think it should be added as a type of "like", i.e., "Hey, cool building!" *types tip command, giving 20 doge to so-and-so* In addition, dogecoin can be traded to bitcoin/fiat/etc., adding a new trading type for the server (for building as a job in MC, or really nice items).
