Server Lagging Out - Not sustaining players 1.5 hrs+?

I know obviously this is highly unlikely, but for the past hour and a half + the server has been lagging out, not being able to sustain 1+ people for about 30 seconds.. at best from my experience, is there any chance there is another DDOs going on? I know this may seem a tad dramatic, but I am not sure what is causing these almost instantaneous lag outs.

I'm pretty sure whatever it is, only Optical can fix it. I tried logging in just now and the terrain around me wouldn't load.

It's the latest build of spigot, which has some serious bugs.

It's been patched, but someone needs to update it.
