"Eligible to Vote Notification broken"

Hey!  It looks like you're eligible to Vote.

I've been receiving the notification spam even though I have already voted and can not vote again on the website.  Perhaps something in the plugin got tweaked or there is a work-around for this?

I usually vote to support the server, but also to avoid this spam.  =)

I confirmed that everyone is experiencing this problem.

Since this is a custom plugin, it may have broken in a recent update of Bukkit or Minecraft. What I expect it to be doing (and thought it has been doing) is just announce this publicly. With a fair bit of work, it wouldn't be too difficult to only send this to players who haven't voted. Although, this might be much harder, because I have no clue how they synced the website and plugin.

There could be a number of reasons why now it's sending the message to everyone.  It's not a big deal, I simply wanted to bring it to staffs attention.   :)
