Bold text without selecting bold

I'm having this problem where I do the bold command in a post and it works fine, but the text under it is showing up as bold too. Here are some pictures. Thanks for the help. Also it usually only does it at the bottom of the post, but the rest of the post is always fine.

Make sure you add the little bit that says to end the bolded portion, like this.
