This is the mansion that can be found at my /home mansion or if you are offline it is right here:

Comes with a squid farm and a 3 cell chicken farm that produces 12 eggs about every 9000 game ticks (if the server is running normal, about 7 minutes and 30 seconds)
Price: 120k (I know it is a bit steep, however it costed me 80k just for the materials)
