Gold Farm Access

I am selling access to my gold farm for $5k.I will also accept a stack of obsidian as payment. It can produce a moderate amount of gold in under 30 minutes which is about 5-7 ingots. This is also in the Overworld and will evntually get a second gold farm attached for better production.
