Private Island for sale. 250K OBO

This island was built by hand, meaning it's all one build, so no one can build on it without your permission. The house is based on Tony Stark's (Iron Man) I never got around to decorating it or anything like that, includes a private chopper, pool, redstone glass door, and custom palm trees. Asking price is 250k, which is about what I put into it. Not really an auction, just seeing if anyones interested in buying it flat out. Will consider any reasonable offer.
