failed to connect to the server failed to login invalid session try restarting..

failed to connect to the server failed to login invalid session try restarting..  so every time I try to connect to the server this message appears , I hare restarted 100 times and downloaded different lunches but the same message apears ... Any ideas ?

Is your Minecraft account logged in elsewhere? You can only login on one server at a time.

Well I dont think so , I saw in other forums the same suggestion but I am running only one minecraft window. I am using Team Extreme Minecraft launcher  , so I start it and then I start minecraft , so I tried to stop the launcher from the task manager but it still didnt work. What launcher do you use to log in , maybe that is the problem  :-\
