Since I will no longer be on the server (most likely), I would like all my chests and locked items opened to the public, so that anybody that needs them can have them.

Well this is odd, for one, we don't do this, two, jacklikesbacon JUST got pardoned, and I still suspect you are the same people, I'll have to look into this more.
