And just let the guy say what he wants to say, if he likes the server with less players then so be it, creating a thread like this isn't harming anyone.

There are no builds of bukkit for 1.7, only unofficial mods of bukkit which work on 1.7. I am currently looking at using the spigot 1.7 branch, but am very wary of it, will do some testing of it tomorrow.
