Pictures for your profile

Hi guys it's me again. Can I get instruction on how to get a pic for your profile? For instance after somebody has a post they have a pic below their post. Can I get instructions on how to do that? Thx.

If you mean a profile picture, I know how.  I saw that you have tried to put the flag thingy as your profile picture.  Just pop this link into where you tried to put that other one http://imgur.com/3y1HvSV.  It should work, tell me if you want a different profile picture.
