Notes: I have lit up 99% of the caves around a witch hut, and turned it into a semi-farm. /home _gavin hut is at the farm.  Stand at my /home hut to get a glimpse of any spawning.  i have used 2 1/2 double chests of torches just to cover this.  It isnt super fast, but it wont get much faster on this server.  When a lot of people are on, or too close to the witch hut, it will be slow.

why would anyone offer a bloody 100k for a slow farm with barely any reasonable drops
the only reason to buy it, is couse its fun, and 100k for a bit of fun.....lol realy

i would offer a small ammount, couse i like to have one, and you probs worked hard for it but 100k is insane -.-
il offer 25k, lets see if anyone goes over it, if not you can decide wether you accept at the end of the week
and ofc when sold, it will be part of my "free zone"
so actualy, im just giving you a free 25k to have my name tag on it, nothing changes

I dislike your cocky attitude for one, and also saying the drops are useless further demonstrates your lack of knowledge about witch huts.

A witch hut with the work ive put into this one in vanilla would be witches every few seconds, for one.  Also, they drop glowstone, redstone, and if you kill them by hand occasionally potions.  Infinite glowstone redstone and potions (and money) sounds pretty useFULL to me.  I have 1.1 million dollars, I can easily make 25k in 40 minutes.  Ill just keep it.


Also, just so you know, Ive already had 3 people in discussions with buying it for the full 150k.
