Ok, this is going to be simple and straight forward. The server lags for me, and other players on a daily basis. I run perfectly on other servers, but on Opticraft, I lag. Sometimes its a minuscule amount of block lag, but on a rare basis my minecraft crashed from the lag. There is an easy and simple fix for these problems. The ClearLagg plugin by bukkit reduces the entities, and if the case is bad, the chucks. I use it on my server, and the plugin reduces lag by 150%. It consumes next to no ram, and is easy to set up/configure.

Next suggestion:

Ever run into the PVP Arena, and get killed by a invisible person to afraid to fight the right way? There is a simple plugin, called AntiInvisibility. Basically, it prevents people from going invisible. Now, fights will be fair, and no-one will be complaining that they keep getting killed by invisible people.

We already have something in place to counter lag. It may not be as powerful as features ClearLagg has, but it's enough to stop the majority of the server lagging. Have you checked your internets up/down speed to check if it's not simply your connection to the server?

For #2, we could just make it bannable, but it's fair.

#1, this could screw with all sorts of farms.

RuthlessTomato, I have full connection and the best internet in the United States (XD)

I don't see why using invisiblity potions is a bad thing. It's not like you can't make them, and once you semi figure out where they are you can see them, then kill them pretty quickly.
