Notify tab not working

I've noticed this not working when I would make a new topic.  Whenever people reply to the topic I never get an email.  It worked before but it doesn't seem to work now.

They never have but I will check

All emails seem to be broken (From what I've seen).

This includes reset passwords, account authentication, notifications etc.
