Why you should you become moderator?: I have been on this server for over a year. I believe I have the maturity and time as requirements to becoming a moderator.  I want to help staff with fixing grief and help solve the problems that the staff deal with.  I promise to do my best with getting along with those who might disagree with what I enforce.  The responsibility and power that comes to being a moderator are great and I believe I am ready to handle that.  I will be on as often as I can. I hope to make a great leadership role and role model to the rest of the community.

I also wanted to point out that I recently got a job.  My co workers and the staff tell me I'm doing great and I will get used to my position.  I can compare the amount of responsibility and privileges to this job and becoming moderator and I believe I can handle it like my job.
