Salsa means to make a big room with a like million spawners, am I correct? This game is on some other minigame servers and it's quite fun, except more advanced with classes(knight, scout, Archer, etc.) and different levels, spawning mobs of different difficulty getting harder as they advance. On that server 4 people would go at a time, but I'm sure that it wouldn't happen here, sadly D: Anyway, I support the idea :D and this could be made without coding.

Yea, I agree with Moses. Mob arenas can be made by players and being made by staff would be similar to a free and relatively easy mob farm.
