Public iron farm. [Not Hiring]

Sup fellas! So I have been working on my iron farm and I am suuure you guys have heard me talking about it. so It is public
RANKS:
Guest: gets 50% iron Total of 2 chests outta 4
Member: gets 75% iron. Gets a total of 3/4 chests for iron
Staff Members: gets 25% of the iron when the farm is being used by others.
 The farm is not done yet but is still pretty decent. It will be 27 cells from a week or two from now. I will be hiring staff members to help me make sure that item lifters, Redstone, Villagers, and donations are being Handled.
Now you may ask how to get the ranks, To get member you must do a good donation towards the farm, I am usually happy with 10-20 stacks of cobble, 4-6 stacks of glass, and 2-4 stacks of OAK WOOD
Staff members will be hired only from people who dedicate extra resources towards the farm and respects all the rules and is also been using the farm for more then a week. There will only be 1-2 staff members that I am hiring. I am not hiring right now I will change the subject later when things are wrapping up. To get to the farm type /home Gogar72 Iron and it will take you to the farm please read all signs. READ THIS!
   I am looking for people who will move villagers in minecarts. I am looking for people who Know how to make cells or get the attempt. I will post a video Docm77's to you if you need a re roll on how to make on. I am also looking for someone who can build the Pipes to move the iron golems. If you can do 2/3 of these you will have a good chance.

READ THIS!  I am STILL looking for 1 more Staff Member To deal with more company, So I have decided to extend the applications until Thursday. A lot of you probably would like to know how much of the farm is done. We are almost about 1/3 of the way done and most likely will be by the end of Wednesday. You can't just make a fully functioning 27 cell farm in two weeks unless you are tiggy lol
