It will be public. But with a lot of people including myself wanting a "Clean" end So you can kill the dragon without falling in holes that go down to the void, Ect. And If the endstone is for decoration there is always The Memberworld end and Guestworld end. So I am not telling everyone that they can't access the end cause just "I" want the end looking that way.

     Nate, I think you need to realize that you cant keep a place spotless forever without placing protection stones protecting it
