We just sell it on, and the agency gets 30%, we thought that that was a fair number.

Why do you want to become an agent:I want to become an agent because I love to modify houses and want to become an architect irl so I think this is a cool experience for someone like me.

Also when I was little I loved to advertise and give samples at a Market. It was a lot of fun and this sounds just as good!
