* Free trading in my village(Some villagers are in it, but most are still being moved in) Value: $3,000

* Half chest of coal                                                                                         Value: Unknown, Im not online but Ill look later tonight

Total Value: $141,900+Unknown/Half chest of coal

5 extra homes cost $10 irl. $10 irl = $100,000 in-game. So maybe make sure your items that you are willing to trade equal up in value to $100k in-game.
