Allow shops and bookies at racetrack: I already made a betting and refreshments place :)
RaceTrack Length(must be over 300 blocks):Not sure go to /home king_prankstar city can walk all the way to back

Hey King. I'd love to check your race course out but I can't find a valid home under your name with "city" Therefore I have to stall until I can actually see the racecourse.

Also, the 300 block radius will be scrapped as of today. Make it long as possible, or a lap course.

I haven't had a single person sign up for the horses.

Sadly, the funding for the OHO is brutal, cuz I only have $61.

To sign your horse up it will cost a $50 fee. I'm sorry, but we need funding.
