Everybody should get a title.

I think that not only the Ops + can choose who will get titles on the forum.
I know this isn't such a big deal, but everyone wants a title too :P
(P.S - I should have a title that is called Jew Builder or Jew Op if I'll be an op, it sounds AWSOME!)
