Turninf off leave/join msgs and death msgs

Simple suggestion, i think we should be able to turnoff loging notifications and death msgs. This way we will be able to reduce spam, have competitions that involve death (drops) and other such things. Ive seen people complain about death msgs a lot, also login notificaitons get annoying after a while. Especially when a lot of people are on.

Don't worry, at this rate we've still got 3 years until pvp comes out.
