Opticraft Library!

I have had this idea for a long time and really want to make it happen.  How about an opticraft library.  This is how I plan for it to work.  People sell or donate books to my public library and then I put them all in chests around the bookshelfves.  people can then take a book out of the chest and go to the counter.  We will register it then let them go sending them a pm saying "Thank you for borrowing a book from the library, please return by --/--/--"  How about it.  and when you are done with the book, put it in the hopper at the counter if im not there.

There are some small problems.  People stealing the books and legging it (/homing it).  Is their any ways to fix that problem?  If a person looses the book or returns it late they have to pay a small fine ($5-$20).  Is there anything that I could add to help make the system better?

I will also need to find the place to build the library.  Please help.

Yeah thats why I was thinking.  I need the books that people donate in good english.  I need lots of donations.

Wooden When I'm done writing/editing a book I making may I have you look at it and donate it for the library. And I have tons of wood/stone bricks if you need any just ask :D Also a problem I see is that when I made a list in a book for what I sell I had it in my inventory and left and the next day got on it was blank. How do you think we could fix that problem?
