New players spawn in Global chat

Great idea!
Even though, what of people that are new to Minecraft completely? They won't know much anything, let alone rules, block, andmaybe even how to type. I'm just saying why not try it for one day, there is no need to keep it if it causes more harm than help, Thank you for your time and opinions which I love hearing as always. :)

Why not just add a chat filter that blocks messages with IP addresses?
Then this suggestion could work with the spammer problem greatly reduced.

this would be hard because ips are read in many different ways, because some IPs are domains (smp.opticraft.net) instead of 99.99.99.99 . So if someone tried to put a youtube link in chat it would block it.
