Should Nineinchtails_ Be Unbanned

 Ok,so there has been some things going on between Morten1ela and a recruit(Nineinchtails_).
We're asking the community if he should be unbanned or stay banned.
Plz read Nineinchtails_ plea before you post/vote.

Today i was banned for some admin named "murtan1---" or something like that. , my username was nineinchnails_

The problem started when a player griefed my work to make a path way to his work ...

As you see the tunnel was crossing my work to get to his, that's considered griefing.
When i talked to the admin he told me the tunnel was before my work, which is a lie because when i builded it, the world was empty. The admin didn't belive me.After this the admin surrounded the lobby with unbreakable blocks, covering my lobby for good. I decided to ignore him to keep out of trouble... Then i said

After this i was banned.

Here's my proof of the construccion of the beatiful lobby i builded almost 5 days before that guy's "tunnel"































Is the evidence enough to proof that i'm not a griefer ?
If you didn't ban me for griefing, then why was i banned ?

My last words were "I'm sorry, i was telling rufarin". Is there anything offensive in that?

To be honest with everyone, who banned me its just a mad kid with too much power behind a keyboard ...

honestly, i say yes.

hes been on the server for a long time, and the only "crime" he had committed was being annoying.

as of yet, there is no rule against destroying ones own creations.

I am German and I was in that one pic....your arguement is invalid....I hear nothing but bad things from that kid...

nineinch is a good friend and helpful person, i remember when he was a guest, sure its okay to be annoying sometimes. but i think banning is a little bit too much. if you want to get the point across, just kik him
