The Breakers (Mansion Project)

Hello Opticraft, I have not yet made or begun a large-scale project yet. But I have finally came up with a great idea. The project I am just beginning to start is a mansion (I know, mansions are boring) But this is my most favorite mansion on the planet. It is called "The Breakers" Mansion, it is located in Newport, RI and would cost $331M (Real dollars) if it were to be rebuilt today. I got the idea after visiting my high-school technical drawing teacher because his screensaver was various images of the mansions interior and exterior.

I plan on building this at this semi-empty island

I do not have a planned completion date, mainly because I don't know what I will be up to especially with school and work.

I am taking the following donations (throw in donations toilet at /home holy_moses breakers)
- Sandstone (all forms)
- Sand
- Quartz
- Cobblestone
- Whatever

I'll be happy to donate. btw, for netherrack, you put "(stairs)" after it. What does that mean? No such thing as netherrack stairs.
