Atlantis! APPS=OPEN

Hi there guys! My town Atlantis is growing slow but surely now that the second sector is open! I will list some Information about the Town and plots and stuff here-
A little about the town:
This town started at sometime in the beginning of May 2013. andersad hand built the town structure with next to none help and only a few little donations of dirt. The town slowly grew and is now expanding. I finally chose a Co-Mayor (amandx1142) to help me develop the town. We have been creating new things with our ideas. We hope to expand our small town into a much larger town and make an underwater section of the town. And I am now up to the point of the end. I will update this post in around 2-4 weeks depending what develops.

* Town Info Building (currently the info signs are inside the walls)

Town NOTES:
* There is an ender chest in my shop that anyone is free to use
* I will need help building some stuff because I would like Atlantis to achieve Town Protection and I know we have quite a ways to go
* We are still building the town and any help is appreciated
Donations accepted so we can expand:
* Dirt
* Cobblestone
* Stone
* Stone Bricks
* Oak wood for wood battlements on walls
* Glowstone
* Wool/string (making a lighthouse A.S.A.P.)
* Glass or sand for underwater section
* Gravel too fill in the space in the underwater section.
Donators:

Membership Information:
* Membership is $1,300
* That's $1000 more than the regular plot
* Comes with access to a Skeleton Spawner, Cave Spider spawner, a plot of course, and future things in the town.
Plot information:
* ONLY ONE plot left! Me and the Co-owner are making more dont worry. ;)
Mob spawners:
* Permission is $750 each ( We have skeleton and Cave Spider)
* The Membership includes both mob spawners
* Access to both mob spawners is $1,000
Identification blocks:
* The new Co-mayor had an idea and we put it into use. Now we will place an Iron ore block on the corner of your plot saying this:

* These Id's are NOT allowed to be destroyed. If you destroy your you will be fines $100
* This is designed so we can tell who owns the plot without logblock
Terms/rules:
* No Griefing
* No racism
* Must allow andersad to ALL types of doors (doors, gates, trapdoors, Etc.)
* IF you are offline for over a month your plot will be confinscated and if you are perma-banned it will be destroyed.
* Dont steal from people Usinfg the Public Brewing, Crafting, and enchanting area.
* Height limit is 6 Blocks, for every block you go over it is $500
* MUST build INSIDE the cobblestone area
* NO bad/ugly structures Aka Eyesores
* Have fun, make friends! Get to know the Mayor! [andersad]
* Follow all the rules!
* No dirt or cobblestone buildings
* Town citizens may own only 2 plots. Town staff may own up to 3 plots.
* You may not destroy the Plot Identefication block.

Currently you will see a large dirt area (under construction) But just turn around to go to the current town.

Thank you. I'll start the construction of the town's area this weekend. once the land is don't I will need help on the walls, because they will be huge and made of stone brick. Until Friday(when i start), I will be attempting to make as much money as possible for funds to buy p stones and more. Thank you for your help, I will try to contact you in-game and then we can talk. Platform for town completed, layout of walls;completed. Moving on to building the walls. I will post updates.
