STUCK IN A RUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going to get nether rack for a fire place i was making so i entered my nether portal and i got some nether rack from the nether. BUT when i went back through the portal i knew i wasnt going to end up at home but i didnt know that  i would get trapped in a portal and not able to go anywhere. doors are locked, cant break blocks, no enderpearls, cant place blocks, cant talk on the server, cant pull inventory, cant press escape, cant use the mouse, im on a mac and apple Q does not freaking work! help... please);

Did you ask an op to tp you out?

Edit: Didn't see that you couldn't talk in chat. Maybe an op on the forums will read this and tp you out.
