Mumble Problem

Well, for some reason, I can not run MC and mumble at the same time. When i try, minecraft immediately stops responding and says that Java(TM) SE Binary is not responding working or something like that. What the heck is going on? Help!

EDIT: MC has stopped working entirely even when im not running mumble.
