I don't remember if Skype still makes you pay for group calls, though. We may have to use ooVoo if it does. I'll also have to get a good webcam at my Dad's.

I've heard lots of talk about people wanting to make a big get together irl lol... Props to you for actually making a post about it..
I like what Deekay said in terms of everyone meeting at minecon or something like that... That way no one has the burden of trying to come up with a where, when, and what to do whilst there. lol
As for skype you do hafta pay for group video calls but not group calls which is basically the same as using mumble lol
Oovoo is sometimes buggy (at least... it is for me lol)
Google does video stuff too?
