How to get the chat option

Hey guys i am new to the server and i was wondering how can i get the chat option if someone can tell me how that would be great. Thx.

Are you referring to the different chat channels? If so:

/ch g - global channel
/ch l - local channel
/ch t - trade channel

Or use /ch help for more in-game help.
