Voting needs to be discussed

There is because people still do actually vote to get top voter. If you take out top voter the ones that do vote may not be inclined to vote since there is no reward. Taking out top voter does no good.

I think that if there is no incentive, even less people will vote. I mean, diamonds aren't that great but at least they're something.

That's a good point actually. I just hate feeling ripped off.

Doesn't votifier verify that a vote on a certain site has been made?

I used to play on another server, which had more voting sites. I'm not sure if you had to pay to get your server on those sites though. I can also check out what sites they are too, if need be. But I was thinking, maybe opticraft goes on more voting sites? Maybe? Because the one I was just talking about had like 10 possible voting sites. That's just a suggestion..
But it is quite sad to see opticrafters abusing the voting system!
