We already have Classic, which is as much Creative as it is.

creative has waaay more blocks then classic

Did you even read it? Or did i not word it right? Anyway,it is a survival world, just with space to build easy. And you buy the world for $10

This would require a lot more coding on optis part if it is even possible. Managing worlds is not simple task.
